New album

Searching, the new album from Taylor Steele and The Love Preachers, brings together the band's Americana roots and Rhythm & Blues influences to create a fresh, soulful sound perfect for Taylor's amazing voice and poetic storytelling.

Recorded in Nashville at County Q Productions and co-produced by Alison Prestwood, and with special guest Catherine Marx on piano, the album Searching captures Taylor Steele and The Love Preachers in a way that accurately reflects their collective old soul and

youthful exuberance all at once.

Taylor Steele and The Love Preachers' album,

Searching, is available on Spotify, Bandcamp, and iTunes.

Taylor Steele's well-informed songwriting comes from a childhood steeped in musical experiences, and jam sessions that led her to start composing at age 11. From bluegrass and rock, to classic country, she has learned from the best and developed an original and authentic style of writing, which is unusual for someone still so young.

More than just a backing band, The Love Preachers bring a family vibe to the stage and a precision to the music. With enough folky southern rock, swampy blues, and lively improvisation to connect to every age group, the album, Searching, is worthy of your favorite playlist.

This album contains 10 of Taylor's originals and one Jimmie Rogers cover. The Love Preachers bring the talent and supply the springboard that allows Taylor to break out of her shell and let her singing ability shine. Pick up your copy of Searching by Taylor Steele and The Love Preachers today!

"I have followed Taylor Steele’s musical career very closely since I first heard her play and sing two or three years ago. She is such a gifted and emotional performer, hitting all the right dynamics, notes, and notes between the notes. Now Taylor has a dynamite band, the Love Preachers, who can’t help but get you tapping your feet and dancing. Oh, and Taylor writes beautiful songs, too. I have played every one of Taylor’s recordings on my radio show, every song. I highly recommend the new record, Searching. It is major league great from start to finish, presenting a breadth of overlapping genres, from rock to blues to country to R&B, sometimes all in the same song. But, the best way to listen is LIVE! Always right on the money ... and so soulful."
